Sundersa Swamy...
Sri Sundaresa Swamigal was born in the year 1961, 1st of December to a poor spiritual couple, named Raju and Unnamalai at Agaram Village, Tirupattur in Vellore District, Tamil Nadu.

Since, the childhood days onwards Swamigal was more drawn towards spirituality and spiritual activities. His Simplicity and great devotion for Amman made him to feel the divine blessings of Rajakaliamman directly into his being and started saying “Arul Vakku” for the devotees. From the day onwards Sundaresar, transformed and dedicated his entire life to Rajakaliamman.

The blessings of Sri Raja Kali Amman help all of her devotees to overcome great sorrows and problems, and live with great joy, bliss, happiness and peace of mind. The Darshan experienced in the temple helps a person to go beyond one’s egoistic existence and merge with the Divine Consciousness of Loving mother Sri Raja Kali Amman, who always protects them in all their needs.

Swamigal’s Vow


In the year 1984, 23rd of May, Sri Rajakaliamman appeared in Swamigal’s dream and stressed the importance of building a magnificent statue for her in the place (temple). From the very next day onwards with ardent devotion on Amman, Swamigal started the holy and divine work of building the 60 feets deity of Sri Rajakaliamman.

After many renovations over the years, the hard sacrifices and tireless works of Swami Sundaresar helped to fulfill Goddess Rajakali’s wish after 22 years ever since she appeared in his dream. He performed the consecration (Maha kumbabisagam) on 3rd April 2006 for the temple.

Swamigal “ARUL VAKKU”


Sri Sundaresa Swamigal was like a father and mother to his devotees, fulfilling their needs and wishes. Swamigal sits on the “Thorny seating”, and says the Arul Vakku after getting the spirit of Goddess Raja Kali Amman into him. Sri Raja Kali Amman, through Swamigal, helps to solve family problems, business problems, health problems and protects many of her devotees from dangers. Her devotees get all the good things depending on one’s dharma and own realization in devotion.

Rajakaliamman Temple Located nearer to the foothills of Javadhu mountain chain in Agaram village, Tirupattur, Vellore District, Tamilnadu, the temple is just a 15 minutes drive from the Tirupattur town bus stand & railway station. Tirupattur is located 225 kilometers from Chennai, 180 kms form Bangalore and 60 kms form kuppam (Andhra State). The temple is well connected by road and rail from all parts of India.
